| Q5: What's the Rx Discount Card that comes with this plan? This is a discount savings program available to every certificate holder of the Patriot travel plans. This program allows card members to purchase prescriptions at one of over 35,000 participating pharmacies in the U.S. and receive the lower of 1) Universal Rx contract price or 2) the pharmacy regular retail price. This discount program is not insurance coverage. It is purely a discount program to purchasers of the Patriot travel plans. | Q7: How much does Patriot International Lite cost? The cost of Patriot International Lite varies based on several qualifying criteria, such as traveler’s age, duration or length of trip, selected coverage benefit limits, and the addition of additional coverage options (riders). Typically, Patriot International Lite can cost about $3 a day for the duration of the trip for a person 50 years of age selecting International travel coverage area that does not include USA . |
| Q8: Why are there state restrictions, and how will it affect me if I visit those states? Each insurance company may have state-specific regulations on where their plans can be sold, affecting only residents of those states. |
| Q9: Can I extend the plan, if I plan to stay longer? Yes, you can extend the policy. You would need to extend the plan at least two days before the policy expires. There would be an extra $5 extension charge. |
| Q10: Can I cancel the plan, if I plan to go back earlier? Yes, you can cancel and get a refund for the Patriot International Lite plan, if you need to go back earlier than plan. The following rules apply:

| Q11: Can I cancel only one person from the policy? You cannot remove one person from the policy if other travelers are included. We recommend letting the current policy lapse with all travelers or canceling and repurchasing for the remaining travelers as per the policy terms. |

| Q14: If I travel to multiple countries, will I be covered? Coverage will be provided in all eligible countries, except your Home Country and any restricted countries listed in the policy. Coverage is valid only within the policy dates selected. |

Patriot International Lite can cover for COVID-19 and will be treated the same as any other eligible medical condition so long as the virus is contracted after the policy effective date and you have departed from the country of residence. | Q16: When purchasing a plan, can I pay monthly or do I need to make the full payment upfront? Based on the coverage length you selected, full payment must be made upfront. This plan is extendable, allowing you to extend it any time before the policy expires. There is an extension fee of $5 for each extension made. |
| Q17: Is there a waiting period for coverage to begin on my travel medical plan? The earliest the plan can start is the day after purchase purchase, with no waiting period. Coverage begins on the selected date once the policyholder leaves their home country and only covers new and eligible conditions occurring after this date. |
| Q18: Why do my policy documents only list one destination country? Only the primary destination will be listed on the policy documents, but all eligible countries will still be covered during the policy period. |
| Q19: When does my coverage start and end on my travel medical insurance plan? Travel medical insurance coverage begins on the departure date when the traveler leaves their home country. It applies anywhere outside the home country while the policy is active. Coverage ends immediately upon the traveler's re-entry into their home country. |
| Q20: Will my Patriot International Lite plan be extended /renewed automatically? No, your Patriot International Lite plan won't be extended or renewed automatically. You have to sign into your account online and activate the extension or renewal yourself. Not all plans are extendable or renewable, so be sure to review your policy terms and conditions for eligibility. |
| Q21: Does the Patriot International Lite plan cover for the coronavirus vaccine/boosters? The Patriot International Lite plan does not cover for the COVID-19 vaccine/booster, but will cover COVID-19 treatment and services the same as any other eligible condition if contracted after the policy effective date. | Q25: Why do corrections take 3-5 business days and can't be a quick fix? The insurance provider recommends submitting correction requests in writing, as your policy is a legally enforceable document. Once received, we forward the request to the provider, who will process requests in the order they are received. It typically take 3-5 business days, for the correction to be completed. To avoid errors and corrections, please double-check your application before purchasing. |
| Q26: What is the Adventure Sports Rider and what does it cover? The Adventure Sports Rider offered in the Patriot International Lite plan is available for travelers up to the age of 65 and must be purchased at the time of application. The rider is designed to cover a policyholder while participating in the following activities if the activity is solely for leisure, recreation or entertainment purposes:abseiling, BMX; bobsledding; bungee jumping; canyoning; caving; hot air ballooning; jungle zip lining; parachuting; paragliding; parascending; rappelling; skydiving; spelunking; wildlife safaris; and windsurfing. |

The Device/Cellular Protection rider is an optional coverage that certain residents can purchase to cover their cellular phone in case of damages during travel. The optional rider can either provide coverage for repair costs or some coverage for replacing the cellular phone. |
| Q28: What is the Accidental Death & Dismemberment Rider? The Accidental Death and Dismemberment rider can be added to increase the benefits already included in the policy. This option must be added and purchased at the time of application, with a minimum coverage period of 3 months. NOTE: The premium is charged in whole-month increments. |

| Q32: Why is my premium $10 when the daily rate calculated is less? To purchase the Patriot International Lite policy, the minimum premium must be at least $10. If your total premium for the duration of coverage is less, you will be charged $10 to meet the requirement.
