You must meet the following criteria to be eligible for Student Secure - Elite: - Be a Full-time Student at a college or university, excluding online colleges and universities, or within 31 days of being a Full-time Student at a college or university; or be a Full-time Scholar affiliated with an educational institution and performing work or research for at least 30 hours per week. The Full-time Student/Scholar status requirement is waived for Participants within the US holding a valid F-1 visa. Full-time status requirements remain in force for individuals holding M-1, J-1, or other category visas.
- Be residing outside Home Country for the purpose of pursuing international educational activities.
- Not have obtained residency status in the Host Country.

| Q3: Does Student Secure - Elite Insurance cover pre-existing conditions? After 6 months of continuous coverage, Student Secure - Elite will provide benefits for pre-existing condition. A pre existing condition is any Injury or Illness which, within the 12 months prior to the Effective Date of Coverage, manifested itself, exhibited symptoms, or required medical treatment or medication, or for which a Physician was consulted. |

| Q6: Why are there state restrictions and will it impact me if I visit one of those states? Each insurance company may have their own state-specific regulations on where plans can be sold. These state restrictions only impact residents from those specific states from purchasing these plans. However, if you are traveling to the United States, you will be covered in all 50 states during your active policy period. |
| Q7: How do I extend my coverage? Extensions must be completed within 30 days prior to the scheduled expiration date. Extensions may be transacted at any time after the initial effective date. Extensions are available up to 12 months at a time and the deductible and coinsurance must be re-satisfied every 12 months unless there is a break in coverage. - After 60 days, no refunds are granted

| Q9: Can I cancel only one person from the policy? You cannot remove one person from the policy if other travelers are included. We recommend letting the current policy lapse with all travelers or canceling and repurchasing for the remaining travelers as per the policy terms. |

We advise double-checking the information on the application before completing the purchase to prevent any errors and corrections. |

Through the Air Doctor platform, travelers can easily locate nearby doctors, book appointments, and choose between in-person or video consultations. Payments are handled directly, eliminating the need to pay upfront or file claims for reimbursement, making healthcare access abroad seamless and stress-free.
